Venezuela steps in to keep Americans warm this winter



In 2005, Hugo Chavez launched a program to assist 5,000 Americans by providing 100 gallons of heating oil to those in need. The Citgo-Venezuela Heating Oil Program was originally created to help victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Although the US government doesn't think highly of Venezuela and Chavez, not everyone shares the same sentiment.
